The 2 identical towers OUE Twin Peaks, has 339 Trees,138 Palms, 4000 m2 shrubs  / groundcovers, 665 m2 turf and a soil volume of 4916 m3. All the specimen Trees, some with natural bent trunks, were selected and tagged with the Landscape Consultant. As the tree specimens were huge, large cranes were utilised to hoist the Trees from the main road over the boundary wall and planted inside the development.

A 3 tons Plumeria was hoisted to the roof garden on the 36th floor during peak construction time via tower crane; without which no other types of crane will be able to hoist the tree up due to the site environment. The tree was maintained whilst construction works was still ongoing. With close coordination with the main contractor, we managed to complete the project in March 2015 with an average of 7 workmen utilising machineries where possible.

The elevated E-Deck deflects sound from the hustle and bustle of the traffic outside. Large trees are planted along the boundary to provide ample green screen from the main road. Swaying palms provide idyllic shade to outdoor activities.

Perimeter Boundary

View from above of a modern urban outdoor space with palm trees, wooden decking, outdoor seating, and surrounding buildings and street.

The peripheral green buffer is planted with large specimen trees and one would assume that the site is a matured development basing on the sizes of the large Specimen Trees with Girths ranging between 1000mm to 2000mm. The robust stature of the Brachychiton Trees with girth of almost 2000mm ‘stands’ guard along the boundary signage.
