At Plantwerkz, our global procurement services support the sourcing and delivery of distinctive plants and landscape materials for projects of different scales. Working with established nurseries and suppliers, we help project teams identify suitable species, specimens and materials based on the design intent, site conditions and project requirements. From nursery and supplier selection to export coordination, transportation, handling and site delivery — each stage is carefully planned to help every shipment arrive safely and in suitable condition for installation.

Site placement and implementation: Upon arrival, lifting and site coordination are carried out to position and plant the specimen in its designated location.
Our Procurement Process
We source plants and other landscape materials from established overseas nurseries and suppliers. Specimens are selected based on species, form, size, condition and suitability for the project’s design intent.
Plant Selection & Sourcing
We coordinate export, transportation and handling to bring plants safely into Singapore. Depending on the size and site conditions, specialised vehicles, cranes and lifting equipment may be required.
Transport & Logistics
Site Delivery & Integration
We coordinate site delivery, access and lifting requirements to position plants safely within the landscape. Where required, our team can also support planting, transplanting and related implementation works.
Acclimatisation
Imported plants may require time to adjust to Singapore’s climate. During this period, their watering needs, light exposure and overall condition are monitored to support adaptation to local conditions. Trees and palms are carefully nurtured until they are ready for installation on site.
