The Tapestry is a Condominium Housing Development located at Tampines. Complete with a 50m lap pool, 100m infinity pool, Hydrotherapy pool, Club house, Sunken Tennis Court and a Community Garden located along Tampines St 86. It is an astounding development which draws inspiration from the richness of life. Crafted to perfection, every inch of The Tapestry is a work of art. Its distinctive architecture uses a modern and unique curtain wall feature that is mostly seen in high-end luxury homes. A home where you can feel comfortable and safe.
Arbour Walk
Pockets of greenery can be found throughout the site, creating a tapestry for residents. A contiguous landscape zone spanning across the edge of the site with the variety of plants selected meticulously, surrounds each amenity zone to create pockets of greenery. Hidden beneath the landscape, planters of 1.5m depth sit.
Soiling purely via dumper and only having access to travel planter by planter as this was a raised E-deck without tower crane access. Manpower was also required to maneuver 6m tall palms to their locations. This was especially challenging due to the current pandemic situation, the given time constraints and the monsoon season.
Central Lawn
This carefully designed lawn acts as a central gathering area, offering a tranquil, multifunctional space where residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy outdoor activities in the heart of the condominium.
Eco Pond
Eco Pond weaves interlocking layers of uncluttered green cooled by the presence of water space creating pockets of relaxing ambiance for conversations and strolls for the residents.
Green Belt
A welcoming presence of nature accompanies your walk back home and throughout the development. The landscape, along with the changing colours of flowers, spanning throughout every pocket available reminds you that home a is a safe space of enjoyment and relaxation.
Aqua Zone
Apart from immersing yourself in pools of tranquility. The refreshing 100-metre Infinity Pool and 50-metre Lap Pool is situated amongst a lush green sanctuary of shade, colour and beauty which softens any thoughts of rush. A tranquil retreat right at the doorstep.
Pockets of greenery can be found next to the pool, creating a tapestry for residents.
Hydro Veranda
The Hydro Veranda, a space where you can enjoy a soothing Hydrotherapy Pool designed to relax and re-energise your body along with the beauty of nature surrounding you from the subtle ruffle of leaves to the calming scent of plants.
Hydrotherapy Pool
The protruding planters creates a soft partition among the hydrotherapy pool users. Maintaining physical barrier yet allowing some visual porosity and noise to pass. Ease of accessibility is a challenge for maintenance because of the water body surrounding the pocket planters making it a challenge.

Community Culinary Garden
The Community Culinary Garden provides residents with a space to grow herbs and vegetables, bringing fresh, healthy food closer to home. Beyond improving access to homegrown produce, it encourages social interaction within the community, enhancing neighbouring relationship (Gotong Royong).
