Nestled in the vibrant heart of Holland Village, One Holland Village is a thoughtfully curated mixed-use development that seamlessly blends modern urban living with abundant green spaces. The landscape design draws inspiration from the area’s eclectic, bohemian charm, creating an inviting, lively environment that resonates with the spirit of the neighbourhood.
Shopping Street and Central Oasis
At the heart of the development is a central “shopping street” — a shaded, linear walkway that connects key areas, including the Village Plaza, Village Green (a pocket park), and Holland Village Residences.
This pedestrian corridor is designed with ample seating and locally crafted street furniture, chosen through a community design competition. Shaded by a canopy of trees, it transforms into a vibrant green oasis, inviting visitors to relax, socialise, and enjoy the outdoors.
The open-concept shopping mall features sky terraces and thematic rooftop gardens, including a spice garden and cactus corner. These spaces provide panoramic views of the Holland Village district, offering areas for relaxation, social events, and community activities.
Pet-Friendly Design
The Village Plaza and Village Green are designed with pet-friendly features, including designated pet lifts, drinking fountains, and a careful selection of non-toxic plant species. These thoughtful details ensure a welcoming environment for both residents and their furry companions.
Art installations and sculptures, inspired by the cultural heritage and bohemian character of Holland Village, are thoughtfully placed throughout the development. Designated spaces for cultural performances and activities support the local arts scene, reinforcing the area’s rich identity.
