The quintessential gardens of Ardmore Three, a 84 Units single block development, has a lushness of 400 Trees, 12,000 Shrubs and Groundcovers including full auto irrigation coverage. Due to limited access constraints, it took 6 months to complete the project by stages as the main contractor could not hand over the landscape areas or provide access to us adequately. Total soil backfill is 1800m³.
All the specimen Trees planted on site were selected and tagged with the Client and Consultant in our Malaysian supplier's nursery prior to any planting works on site. This Quality Control prevents plant rejection on site. Accent Trees were selected and placed at strategic locations to compliment Selected Art pieces.
With diligent monitoring of the site and close coordination with the main contractor, we managed to complete the project 1 month before T.O.P. (August 2014) with an average of 5 workmen utilising machineries where possible.
